Jobventory

Privacy policy

Last updated 11 October 2026

Sydney Telweb Pty Ltd (ABN 61 607 904 683) runs Jobventory and follows the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

How we use it

To provide and support Jobventory, to bill you, to keep accounts secure, and to tell you about your account and about changes to the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your shop's customer data for our own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run Jobventory: Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (website delivery and security), Google Workspace (email) and Cloudflare R2 (file storage). Some of these store data outside Australia; we use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to Australian law. We will share information if the law requires it.

The demo

Each demo visitor works in their own private copy of a made-up shop. What you add there is visible only to your demo login, and it is deleted when your demo is removed.

Keeping it safe

Connections are encrypted, passwords and PINs are stored only as one-way hashes, and staff access to the systems is limited to what is needed to run and support the service.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are not happy with how we handled a privacy matter, tell us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
